This section illustrates the activities of some of the public capital companies that collaborate with Sardegna Ricerche and the Regional Government in implementing research and technology development policies.
Fase 1
Fase 1 srl is a capital company owned by Regional Government of Sardinia, with head office in Cagliari. Leveraging on its budget from public funding, the company promotes the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic agents; it also supports and coordinates the testing of medicinal products, by carrying out phase I and IIA clinical trials on behalf of third parties.

Porto Conte Ricerche srl, a public capital company held by Sardegna Ricerche, the Province of Sassari and the Municipality of Alghero, has been operating since 1995 in the fields of applied biotechnologies and food technologies, and runs the local centre of the Regional Technology Park.
