Sardegna Ricerche at the 2009 BIO International Convention in Atlanta

From 18 to 22 May, Sardegna Ricerche will take part in the 2009 BIO International Convention that will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, USA.

The Convention is the largest global event for the biotechnology industry and last year its 60 pavilions hosted more than 1700 exhibitors from 36 countries.

Sardegna Ricerche will be in a dedicated meeting point within the Italia Pavilion, set up by the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE).

The Italia Pavilion at booth 4301 covers a total area of 320 sqm and includes a reception area with lounge café, a service centre with PCs, Internet connection, fax and phone lines, a multimedia & forum space, and individual spaces reserved for agencies and companies.

The aim is to present the Sardinian biotech sector during the days of the trade show and foster technology partnerships and networking with US enterprises, academic institutions and research centres, through targeted visits and meetings.
