The Investing & Partnering Forum on Biomedicine & ICTs is an international event aimed at attracting investments in Biomedicine and ICTs.

The main goal is to foster science-business links and promote science and technology partnerships between local enterprises and research centres and foreign investors and operators from 14 countries, namely Canada, USA, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, India, China, Russia, Israel and the UAE.

Organised by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), with the operational support of Sardegna Ricerche, the event covers two days:

- on 22 October, from 09:30 to 17:00 hrs, an international conference will be held. Participation in the plenary session is free of charge. Online registration is required on the official web site of the Forum (www.investinpolaris.it)

- on 23 October, from 09:30 to 16:00 hrs, one-to-one meetings will be organised among enterprises, agencies and research centres. Participation in the brokerage event is open to biomedicine and ICT operators only. Prior online registration is required on the official web site of the Forum (www.investinpolaris.it)

During the Forum, tenants of the Science and Technology Park of Sardinia will showcase their activities and projects in an exhibition area accessible in building 2 of the Park.

Official language: Italian. During the plenary session, simultaneous translation will be provided.
