01.02.2012
Besides the International Spring School on Immunology, co-organized with the European Network of Immunology Institutes, Porto Conte Ricerche is organizing three additional summer schools co-funded by Regione Sardegna.

June 2012 - Summer School on MRI, Raman and Food technologies
The course will focus on cutting-edge Imaging methodologies through Raman spectroscopy and NMR techniques for Magnetic Resonance Imaging; it will be based on an advanced training programme and integrated hands-on activities. The course aims at offering useful research tools to candidates, whose research studies can be applied on a variety of food and many other biological samples.

September 2012 - Summer School on Ubiquitin and Sumo
The Summer School is organized by Simona Polo, researcher at IFOM Foundation, in cooperation with Porto Conte Ricerche; the course is funded by EMBO and co-funded by Regione Sardegna.
The school is aimed at offering to young researchers a multidisciplinary learning experience, based on a highly advanced programme as well as practical training activities. The chief objective of this course is to present the state-of-the-art methodology for the analysis of ubiquitination and sumoylation to young scientists who are unfamiliar with this field.

September 2012 - Summer School on Gel-based Proteomics
Following the successful past edition of the International School on Proteomics, held at Porto Conte Ricerche in 2011, Porto Conte Ricerche is organizing a 2012 edition in cooperation with EuPA, the European Proteomics Association. The course will offer an intense training opportunity based on lectures and practical "hands-on" lab activities.

Additional information regarding the summer schools to be held in 2012 will be soon available in the Events section of this web site.
