In both locations of the Park, an info desk at reception provides information on the local area: entertainment, eating out, accommodation, transport, and special terms reserved for Park tenants. The Park also makes available its services and facilities for the organisation of social and cultural events, exhibitions and miscellaneous events.

At Building 2 of the Park main centre in Pula, there is an automated teller machine for drawing money, paying utility bills and other banking services.
Info desk
Both the Alghero and Pula centres have a Park reception and info desk, tasked with welcoming and providing assistance and information to visitors.
