Tenancy opportunities at the Technology Park of Sardinia
23.12.2008
The Science and Technology Park of Sardinia opened its doors in 2003. Since that time 65 companies and research centres have established their R&D operations on its two campuses, giving rise to an open, forward-looking science and technology community pursuing development through knowledge and advanced technology.
The Park's tenants can be grouped into three main technology clusters: ICTs, Biotechnologies, and Renewable energies. Prospective tenants operating in these sectors can take advantage of the Park’s facilities and services by choosing one of three tenancy types: standard, in the technology farm and in the business incubator.
The Park provides multifunctional spaces, equipped laboratories, technology platforms and a variety of tenant services ranging from logistics to R&D and intellectual property consultancy.
Tenancy capacity will be expanded in the near future thanks to the forthcoming construction of a new building on the main campus in Southern Sardinia to meet the growing demand for enterprise location space and to provide additional services.
