Both the Alghero and Pula centres have a Park reception and info desk, tasked with welcoming and providing assistance and information to visitors.
Moreover, at the main Park location in Pula, visitors can be announced and escorted to the various buildings by means of the Park’s shuttle vehicle.

The Info desk provides information on:
1. Local community services, activities and events (accommodation, culture and entertainment, sports facilities, nursery schools and schools, etc.)
2. Park activities and services (training courses, events, opening hours of offices, bar and cafeteria, bus service timetable, rules for use of meeting rooms and common spaces, booking of guided visits)
3. Any other information on Park operations.
