Tuesday 26 May 2009 at 15:30, at the Auditorium of Sardegna Ricerche, Dr. Ivar Jacobson of Ivar Jacobson International will hold a conference entitled "Scaling Agility".

Ivar Jacobson became famous in the 1990s for having developed, together with Grady Booch and Jim Rumbaugh, UML (Unified Modeling Language): a modelling and specification language based on the object-oriented paradigm.

During the event, the third in the cycle of conferences entitled Polaris Talks, Dr. Jacobson will discuss Agile scalability in large software organizations.

The conference is mainly addressed to organisations based in the Technology Park of Sardinia, but is open to all comers (subject to availability).

Official language: English. Simultaneous translation into Italian will be available.
