Viva Technology: list of startups published

Uno scatto di Viva Technology
15.03.2022
Sardegna Ricerche has published the list of start-ups that will take part in the international event Viva Technology 2022, to be held in Paris from 15 to 18 June. The initiative is organised by Sardegna Ricerche as part of its work to promote the technological development and competitiveness of Sardinian enterprises.

Viva Technology is one of Europe's most important annual events dedicated to technology and digital innovation. In 2019 it was attended by 124,000 visitors and featured 13,000 start-ups, some of the leading multinationals in the hi-tech sector (Google, Huawei, Amazon Web Services, IBM, Intel, Cisco, Alibaba Group, etc.) and a rich programme of conferences with 400 high-profile speakers, including Mark Zuckerberg (founder and CEO of Facebook), Jack Ma (founder of Alibaba), Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO of Uber) and Satya Narayana Nadella (CEO of Microsoft). In 2020, the event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic while in 2021, as the pandemic persisted, it was held in hybrid mode, partly in person in Paris (with limited access and strict containment measures) and partly online, and was attended by 140,000 people (114,000 online and 26,000 in person).

Sardegna Ricerche will offer to the selected start-ups a collective exhibition space within the Start-up Village. Each start-up will also be issued 4 named tickets for access to Viva Technology 2022 over the four days of the event. The enterprises will also be featured on the Viva Technology 2022 online platform, within the Sardegna Ricerche virtual stand (“e.Booth”).
