ViroStatics together with Sardegna Ricerche at BIO 2011

ViroStatics is a biopharmaceutical company with laboratories and headquarters in Alghero (Sardinia, Italy) at the Northern Sardinian local branch of the Science and Technology Park.
ViroStatics is going to attend the 2011 BIO International Convention in Washington D.C. from June 27 to 30. Thanks to the opportunties offered by Sardegna Ricerche and the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), the company will exhibit in the Italy Pavilion.
ViroStatics is also pleased to announce that its CEO, Franco Lori, is one of the invited speakers in a discussion panel entitled "Looking to the Future: Innovative Approaches to HIV Vaccine Development and Immunotherapies" scheduled for June 29, from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
The panel will provide new information on emerging and divergent approaches to anti-HIV vaccines and immunotherapies. Franco Lori and his fellow panelists will discuss the possibilities and challenges of developing both preventive and therapeutic vaccine solutions and novel immunotherapies to combat the global HIV crisis.
On June 27 the Italian-US company will also join a partnering meeting entitled "International Interconnexions" organized by the Sardinian and Catalan help desks of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), and it will take part in the networking event organized by ICE at the Italian Embassy in Washington on June 28.
